Q. Why are your jackets and bags so inexpensive?
A. We have no retail shop overheads, and pass this benefit to
our customers in the best way possible. Also, having over thirty-five
years buying experience, we source direct from tried & tested
manufacturers, and you only pay for the item, not for a logo.
Q. Can we see before we buy?
A. We have no retail shop or facility for you to inspect our merchandise,
but we're a phone call away, and a glance at our testimonials
should be reassuring.
Q. Do you accept payments over the 'phone.
A. Our internet encryption providers have a 100% secure record.

We always identify our company name as we answer.
Also, we're quite happy to accept cheques and Royal Mail postal
orders.
Q. What happens if we need to return an unwanted item?
A. Please refer to our G'TEES & REFUNDS information section.
Q. What happens if an item is faulty?
A.. Rarely occurs, but please contact us. We will repair / replace
/ refund as appropriate, paying your cost of returning the goods.
Q. How long is your delivery time?
A. Deliveries are usually the next working day, for all orders
received by 10 a.m. Our courier service operates Monday - Friday,
and requires a signature. Smaller items may be sent by Royal Mail
first class letter post.
IN DECEMBER BOTH OUR WAREHOUSE & COURIER SERVICE ARE UNABLE
TO MAINTAIN NEXT-DAY DELIVERIES. They usually take SEVERAL WORKING
DAYS. We are closing our shop on Monday 18th December this year
to ensure we fulfill our committments
Q. Are your details of "in-stock"
and "unavailable" accurate?
A. These are up-dated all the time, but please phone us
to get estimates of when replacement stock is arriving,
if you wish.
