welcomes overseas visitors to our webshop.
If you'd like to buy from us, here's a brief
summary of how it works.
- Firstly email us your proposed order
so we can assure you it is in stock, and ready to ship.
- Secondly, our website only accepts payments
in sterling. You'll need to email us your credit card
details / home address / delivery address if different
from home address / contact phone number.
- Then email your three digit security
code separately.
- Next, we then process this and your credit
card is charged in English pounds, and this is then converted
to dollars, euros, or the currency of your country by
the credit card company. LBC does not decide the rate,
it will be set by Visa/Mastercard etc.
- We will then send the item(s).
If the weight of the PACKED item is UNDER
2 kgs, we'll use ROYAL MAIL SMALL PACKETS SERVICE. This
will cost £12 to most European countries and £20
to the USA / Canada / Australia.
If the weight of the PACKED item is BETWEEN
2 and 4 kgs, we'll use the SWEDISH MAIL GROUP SERVICE. This
will cost £18 to most European countries and £25
to the USA / Canada / Australia.
We do not ship parcels with a weight over
4kgs.
We are not liable for any import taxes or additional charges
levied in the destination country.
Both shipping methods rely
on the postal services of the UK and your
own country. Delivery is therefore likely
to take about 7-10 WORKING DAYS for the
lighter category, but the heavier ones may
be 12 -15 days... and we cannot guarantee
how good your own local postal service is!
