GUARANTEE All products are guaranteed for one year against any fault in the leather, construction or components. This does not cover wear and tear, or damage caused by third parties. This company is a registered member of SafeBuy, and is proud to offer approved high standards of merchandise, customer service and business integrity
DIMENSIONS, WEIGHTS & COLOURS Are expressed in both metric and imperial values, and are intended to be as accurate as possible. However, all leather items may vary slightly in weight or size due to the nature of the material and method of manufacture. Please note, our photos have been taken in different lighting conditions. Also, separate batches of leather may vary in colour. Our pictures give a good representation but purchasers should be aware of these factors.
PRICES Are shown in GBP (UK Sterling Pounds)
DELIVERY Is usually actioned within one working day. Any exception will be notified.
ORDERS We accept forward orders but will not process any payment until delivery is about to take place. The Leather Briefcase Company reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse an order from any individual or company.
REFUNDS

Rarely, we may supply a faulty item. It should be returned promptly. We will refund the full original cost, including postage and packing and the cost of return. Or we will replace free of charge if preferred.

CLIENTS WHO RETURN AN UNUSED ITEM IN MINT, RESALEABLE CONDITION WILL BE REFUNDED THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT COST.

ADDRESS FOR RETURNS

All jackets go to our warehouse please. Ensure any item sent back is accompanied by a copy of the original receipt if possible, and has a FULL explanation of the reason for return please.

PAYMENTS Our secure payment system is SEC PAY, which is the service recommended to us by our bankers, Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank. It's quite easy to use when you go to our check-out. Alternatively we accept cheques, postal orders and cash (last MUST be sent by registered post). We do not have the facilty to take card payments over the phone, which we regard as insecure for both buyer and seller.
